체임버, 자켓 이중구조로 보다 안전한 형태로 설계되었으며 자동급수 시스템으로 내장형 스팀발생장치에 공급되어 스팀공급이 원활하고 연속사용이 가능한 중, 대형 멸균기입니다.
1. 안전장치

2. 사이클 표시장치
- 문열림, 급수, 가열, 멸균, 배기, 건조, 완료의 진행과정을 LCD와 LED로 표시되어 쉽게 확인할 수 있습니다.
3. 자동운전 프로그램
- 비포장 기구 또는 포장한 기구, 섬유제품과 액체멸균을 각각 처리할 수 있는 사이클 프로그램이 내장되어 [급수], [가열], [멸균], [배기], [건조], [완료]의 모든 사이클 과정을 자동으로 진행합니다.
4. 안전한 자가진단 시스템
- 작동 전 기능의 이상을 진단하고 사이클 진행 중 오류가 발생하면 부저음과 에러번호를 표시하며 작동을 중지하고 압력을 배출합니다.
5. 진공장치
- 급수펌프와 워터이젝터를 이용하여 체임버의 공기 또는 수증기를 배출하는 장치로 우수한 진공능력으로 멸균효과 및 건조효과를 향상시킵니다.
6. 절수장치
- 진공 및 진공건조 시 물 순환방식 시스템을 적용하여 사용되는 물의 양을 절약하는 절수장치 기능이 있습니다.
7. 보위-딕 / 진공누설 시험
- 보위-딕 시험을 통하여 멸균성능을 확인할 수 있고 진공누설 시험을 통하여 멸균실 내부의 기밀상태를 확인할 수 있습니다.
8. 프린터(옵션)
- 멸균온도, 압력, 시간 등 멸균과정의 모든 정보를 출력할 수 있습니다.
Features
This medium and large sized sterilizer is designed in a way that it is safer than the chamber and jacket dual structure. As the automatic water supply system, it supplies the water to the steam generation device and makes the smooth supply of steam and the continuous use of the device.
1. Safety device
- Over temperature protection device / Earth leakage breaker / Overpressure safety valve / Self-diagnosis warning device
2. Cycle displaying device
- The progresses such as door opening, water supply, heating, air discharge, drying and completion are displayed on LCD and LED that they can be easily understood.
3. Automatic operation program
- As it has the cycle program which can handle the non-packed tool or packed tool, textile product and sterilized liquid, it can conduct all cycle processes such as water supply, heating, sterilization, drying and completion in an automatic way.
4. Self-diagnosis system
- If any problem in the function is diagnosed prior to the start of operation and there is any error in cycle, the buzzer sounds and the error number is displayed, thus stopping the operation and discharging the pressure.
5. Vacuum device
- It is designed to discharge the air or steam from the chamber using the water pump and water ejector. As it has the excellent vacuum capability, it enhances the sterilization effect and drying effect.
6. Water saving device
- This has the function of saving water as it applies the water circulation method during vacuum and vacuum drying.
7. Bowie-dick / vacuum leak test
- You can check the performance of sterilization though the bowie-dick test and check the sealing of the sterilization chamber through the vacuum leak test.
8. Printer (Option)
- You can print out all information on the sterilization processes including sterilization temperature, pressure and time.
